Jozsef Petroczi – Business Owner
Even as a young man growing up in Hungary, Joseph Petroczi was intrigued by the world of property management. During his first foray into renting at the age of 24, he quickly learned the importance of proper management and trusting relationships with tenants.
Joseph obtained a Property Management Certificate from Algonquin College before joining E&S Property Management as an Associate in 2019. Joseph worked alongside Scott for the next two years to get to know the business inside and out. He built trusting and personal relationships with both new and long-time clients. He became the company’s hands-on expert of inspections and contractor management, and the direct contact for all homeowners and tenants. In June of 2021, when Scott officially retired, Joseph took over as Owner & Operator of E&S. Scott’s wife Elaine is the silent partner in the business, and the “E” in E & S. Our motto is “We manage your property as if it were our own.”
